OVERVIEW
Safe-React Cement-X™ is effective on ready-mix trucks, concrete pumping trucks, power trowels, forms, hand tools, mixers, dry-bulk cement trucks, fly ash equipment, and similar applications. Superior results have also been found in other cleaning applications where cement, lime, scale, rust and hard water stains are a problem like pool and spa applications, masonry cleanup, cleaning of tile and grout, etc. Effective and safe in the removal of rust and/or rust stains from most metal parts, concrete, walls, painted and most other hard surfaces.

Why Safe-React Cement-X™ Works
Formulated from an organic salt that performs as effectively as an acid or acid mixtures in dissolving or etching calcium carbonate (i.e. cement/concrete). Safe-React Cement-X performs like an acid, yet is non-corrosive (to skin and metal per DOT/OSHA test protocols), non-fuming and is DOT Classified "Non-Regulated". By DOT Standards definition a product is considered Non-Regulated when the corrosion rate on 1020 Carbon Steel does not exceed 6.250 millimeters per year (mmpy). The corrosion rate of Safe-React Cement-X is a mere 0.6379 mmpy.
Applications
Because
Safe-React Cement-X™ is such a strong cleaner,
always test for compatibility with the surface to be
cleaned by applying a small quantity of the product to
an inconspicuous area. Can cause flash rusting on unpainted metal at full strength and/or when not rinsed thoroughly. Safe-React Cement-X™ can be used
on most industrial surfaces including ready-mix trucks, concrete pumping trucks, power trowels, forms, hand tools, mixers, dry-bulk cement trucks, and fly ash equipment.
Use dilution will depend on the deposit character and build up level. This product can be used as received or diluted up to 30:1 with water. Apply solution to unwanted cement and let stand for 2-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with pressure washer or hose water. In some cases a second application may be required.
